Ways That We Can Keep Fit

Hitting the gym can cost a lot of money and commitment,and its not always necessary to join a gym for fitness training.so what are some of the other ways that we can keep our muscles tone and fit?Activities that raise your heart rate and get your lungs working burn calories, improve your endurance and reduce your risk of heart disease,and With all the talk in the world about wellness you are not going to need anything much but foot space.
Here are my alternatives.

1.Grab a skipping rope go outside in the garden and skip for 15-30 minutes.

2.Put on your favorite CD and dance for as long as you would like.

3. Run up and down the stairs for 10-15 minutes.

4. Sleep affects our physical and mental health tremendously, and many of us do not get enough.Sleep allows the body to heal, repair and rejuvenate itself in a way it simply cannot when a person is awake.

5.A healthy breakfast starts your day off right. It sets you up so that you have energy and fuel for optimal mental and physical performance.

6. Buy a mini basketball hoop and play games by yourself or with the family or a friend.
