  1. Look at a photo of people in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s and it becomes apparent these people aren’t skinny, just average. People are just too heavy now and think average is below weight.

  2. I’ve had to watch my weight and exercise for years, my friend who has never had a weight problem has reached middle age and has gained weight but because she’s never had to worry she’s annoyed that she might have to cut back or do some exercise,
