Drake shared a blurry Instagram photo of a mysterious billboard that has popped up in Toronto. It’s plain, all black, and simply reads, “The 6 God is watching.”
The “Hotline Bling” singer didn’t reveal the meaning behind the billboard; he simply captioned it, “Be home soon.” As Vulture points out, it’s likely a tease for his upcoming album, Views From the 6. (He’s been vague about when that album is due, but recently told Rolling Stone that it would arrive imminently.)
We already know that Drake likes to use billboards this way. He fought with Toronto city officials over a Take Care billboard back in 2011. There was also a “Started From the Bottom” billboard hyping Nothing Was the Same a few years later.
