Join Pandora CTO Chris Martin at Structure Connect 2014

From car dashboards to connected speakers, from smart TVs to Google Glass, Pandora is always one of the first media services to embrace new platforms. But being early isn’t easy, as Pandora CTO Chris Martin will probably tell us at Structure Connect, Gigaom’s new internet of things conference that will take place in San Francisco on October 21 and 22.

Martin has been with [company]Pandora[/company] for close to ten years, first as director of software engineering and then as VP of Engineering. During that time, he has helped to bring Pandora onto a multitude of platforms, including smart TVs, where Pandora was initially forced to build countless native apps based on incompatible TV platforms only to see all that work go to waste when the next smart TV generation came along.
