THE PLANS for her wedding were kept fiercely under wraps – and as of yet there’s only been one official picture released of Katherine Jenkins on her big day.
Katherine and her husband Andrew have been pictured outside London’s Hampton Court Palace where they wed yesterday.
With just close family and friends invited to the wedding, not one picture of the party has been released bar this official shot.
Katherine protectively puts her hand on Andrew’s hip as the couple posed in front of the famous London landmark.
The couple said ‘I do’ on Saturday, with the singer wearing a beautiful all-white frock and matching veil.
Dakota Johnson’s ranchy role in Fifty Shades Of Grey causes family feud
ACTRESS and model Dakota Johnson’s success in landing the lead role in the big-screen adaptation of best-selling erotic novel Fifty Shades Of Grey has caused a bitter family rift.
The 24-year-old plays naive student Anastasia Steele, sexually awakened in explicit scenes by older businessman Christian Grey, played by fast-rising Belfast-born star Jamie Dornan, 32.
Dakota’s father Don Johnson, 64, best known for hit 1980s TV police series Miami Vice, is appalled and has publicly slammed her over the film’s torrid nude scenes, saying he will boycott her debut as a star because “it’s just not the kind of movie I would see”.
However her mother, Johnson’s former wife, actress Melanie Griffith, 57, has hit back by declaring she “fully supports” Dakota’s decision to take the part, adding: “This was a scary role for her to tackle and she needs to feel her family is there for her.”
Meanwhile Melanie’s mother and Dakota’s grandmother, Hollywood icon Tippi Hedren, 84, has also come out firmly against her appearing in Fifty Shades, based on British author EL James’s hit novel.
Tippi, who starred in the 1963 Alfred Hitchcock horror classic The Birds, has declared: “I’ve seen the trailer. That’s all I have to watch and that’s all I’m going to watch. “I understand my former son-in-law Don Johnson is very upset about her being in the film. He kind of had the same feeling that I did.”
